The Problem
Do you have a hard time remembering a contact name? Well no more. You can find all contacts easily, even if you are calling them after years.
The Solution > Tags
All you have to do is tag your contacts. Tags can be a skill, profession, hobby, company name, family, friend, colleague, city, etc. anything. Next time you want to search that person, just type tag e.g. Dr or Bonsai or Cyclist.
Default Tags:
By default, you can see 7 Different tags as listed below. Remember, you can add your own custom tags.
- Family
- Friend
- Colleague
- Relative
- Society Member
- Supplier
- Buyer
Custom Tags
Custom Tags can be anything that you think will help you remember a contact e.g. Sports, Hobby, Skills, location, event, company, or anything you can relate to him.
How to Add Tag?
Step 1: Select Contact > Open Contact Card by clicking the contact name
Step 2: Click on "Add Tag" Button
Step 3: Select from Default Tags or Add Custom Tags
100% Private.
The Tags you add remains private. The person you have tagged won't be above to see it. Other users won't be above to see it either. It's just meant for you. So go ahead tag your contact as #Boyfriend, #Bootlegger, #Supari, anything that you fancy.
Don't forget to add your own Hashtags
To make it easier for your contact to search you you can add your own #Tags e.g. Cyclist, Engineer, Infosys, etc. This way your contacts don't have to mess with your name & save it as Rakesh Infosys, Rakesh Engineer, Cyclist Rakesh, etc. You'll still be Ramesh Sinha.
Make Freinds, Grow your network
To see #Tags of the user, you have to be friends with them. So send a Friend request to all your contacts if they are on SharkID. If not, don't forget to invite them.
